What are the shipping charges?
We offer flat-rate shipping (Ground service) for as many items that you order. We offer to ship UPS and FedEx.
Since all of our bedding sets come as complete sets and are prepackaged, we do not combine shipping at this time.
After we receive your payment, your order is processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We then send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information after your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing and pickup.
FedEx and UPS Ground service can take 3-7 days, depending on the state you live in. We ship from our Connecticut warehouse.
All of our bedding sets come as complete sets and are prepackaged. We cannot sell any individual items from our bedding sets or mix/match the pieces for matching accessories. We do, however, have many accessories that can be purchased separately or added to your order.
Can I return an item(s)?Yes. We have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the day you receive the item. You MUST contact us for a return authorization number; returns sent back to us without this cannot be properly credited to you. Items must be unused/unwashed, and in the original packaging. We DO NOT refund shipping costs for returns. All returns past the allowed 7 day period are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Can I order if I live in Canada and how do you ship the order?Yes! Orders placed for shipping to Canada need to be paid with PayPal only, we do not accept international credit cards. We ship USPS International priority mail and it take about 5-10 days to arrive. Item will mark as gift for custom purpose.
How long will my refund take?Our general refund processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the time your return is received in our warehouse. You will then see a refund on your next credit card billing statement or if you used PayPal, it will be credited to your PayPal account. Thank you for your patience.
Do you ship products internationally?Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We are working hard with UPS and FedEx to be able to ship internationally at some time in the near future.
