Store Policies

Shipping Policy

SoHo Bedding can ship orders to all 50 states, plus Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses. We offer flat-rate shipping (Ground service) for as many items that you place. We ship UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS for Canada order and APO/FPO address.

After we receive your payment, your order is processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We then send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information after your order has been sent to the warehouse for packing.

FedEx, UPS and DHL Ground service can take 2-7 days, depending on the state you live in. We ship from our Connecticut warehouse. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Refusal of delivery by customer and Incorrect Shipping Address Provided to SoHo Bedding will delay your order and we will charges additional shipping costs for order(s) returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. We will charge all additional Shipping charges to cover the cost of sending an order back to us or getting the package re-routed to us or its intended address. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the original payment method.

Missing Packages

When your order is shipped, we notify you via an email which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 2-7 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. APO/FPO and Canada order may take additional time to arrive due to custom clearance. We encourage you to use this tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates.

If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 24 hours, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 24 hours after the shippers expected delivery date or provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility.

Changing or Canceling an Order?

It's easy with SoHo Bedding. Just contact us at 203-791-1995, from 9AM to 4PM EST, within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll be happy to change your order depending on the availability. If you are unable to change your order within 24 hours (excluding weekend and holiday) of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you. We do not accept any eBay orders cancellation.

Return Policy

SoHo Bedding is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our wide selection of products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 7 days of delivery date and we will gladly replace the items or refund your money. Please Note:

  • Only items that are in their original packaging and in new condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) will be accepted for returns.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returned item(s).
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted for refunds.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return:

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply call us at 1-203-791-1995 to set up a RETURN #, ship it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some items have specific return directions. We must receive your returned purchase within 7 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SoHo Bedding cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Sales Tax Policy

SoHo Bedding is required to charge a 8.625% sales tax to items sold and shipped within the state of New York. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each item, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items sold and shipped outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.

Privacy Policy

This site is hosted by ProStore and ebay. The store pages, ordering system, and order data. Ebay and paypal automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. If you accessed this store through Ebay or paypal they also automatically collects information about your shopping experience.
